Our Return Policy varies depending on whether you purchased your item in store or online.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit only, when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase. We regret that we cannot offer cash or credit card refunds. All sale merchandise is final.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. All sale merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses and swimsuits are final sale and not eligible for free returns/exchanges. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date along with all tags, dust bags, and, in the original box provided by the designer in the case of shoes.
All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for free returns/exchanges.

TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
For domestic orders of regular price items, please contact email@example.com for a complimentary return label. Please note the item you wish to return on the invoice included in your original package. If you wish to exchange it for another size, please note this on the invoice. Affix the label on the outside of the package and drop the package off at a UPS location. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate international orders at this time. Please email email@example.com to request to be notified when we begin shipping internationally.
