It's our pleasure to offer customers the shopping experience in the comfort of their own home. If you're unable to try on items in person, we're more than happy to ship them to you via our approval program. 

Once your items arrive, you'll have seven days to decide what to keep and what to return. Simply send back anything you didn't love and we'll charge your for what you did!

Pilot & Powell is proud to partner with local seamstress Sophie Tran for any tailoring needs that may arise. Sophie is located in-house, making for easy drop off and pick up.
